    Hi, I’m building an art contest website where users can register for personal accounts and submit multiple applications. I need each user to be able to log in and view the status of their submissions on their personal dashboard (e.g., pending, approved, rejected). I’ve reviewed the TotalSuite (specifically TotalContest) offerings, but it seems they don’t support this kind of per-user application status tracking out of the box. I’m now wondering if any of the User Registration & Membership plugins support this functionality or can be integrated with a contest plugin to enable per-account submission visibility and status updates. Has anyone implemented something similar or can suggest a configuration or add-on to achieve this?

    Hi @lilacgoose01,

    The User Registration & Membership plugin offers different user login options, such as admin approval, auto-login after registration, email confirmation, and more.

    If you enable the admin approval feature, users will need to be approved by the admin before they can log in. After submitting the registration form, they will see the message: “User registered. Wait until admin approves your registration.” If a user tries to log in before their account is approved, they will receive this message: “ERROR: Your account is still pending approval.”

    However, the specific feature you mentioned—allowing users to log in and then see their status as pending, approved, or rejected—is not currently supported.
