Thanks for your message. We understand the situation, but the shop opening time is a global setting that does not support overrides at item-level, I’m sorry.
The best solution in these cases is to define some Time Slots for your rental items that require a different range of time to accept rental orders. Rather than using global search forms on your website to search for available rental items, you should let your customers book the items through a list (Shortcode of type “Items List”). This way the booking forms of each rental item will apply the individual settings.
By defining some Time Slots for your Jetskis you can let your customers choose a date without the time, because the duration of the rental will be given by the selected Time Slot, as well as the rental start and end times. You can find some examples of Time Slots in the official demo website of our plugin, some valid examples of Time Slots for your rental items would be: Morning, Early Afternoon, Late Afternoon etc.. you are free to create as many Time Slots as you want and to assign them to specific rental items (i.e. Jetskis only). Thanks to the Time Slots you can define the rental start and end time, as well as its duration. Time Slots are meant to let the customers choose the date for their rent and the duration. This is probably the only solution whenever some of your rental items require specific times to be selected.
