• We change our first note and comment (under this post) just to thanks Eric Hardy who was the only one taking our request seriously.

    But we are still disapponted because this plugin isn’t fully translated with “Loco Translate” and there is a lot of work remaining to have a professional solution in our native language, and nobody explained this before purchasing.

    Last but not least, the first responses to our tickets were cleary missing the point and I’m not sure they read us before replying, which is a shame for a support service…

    So we decide note to use this plugin…

    Very disappointed, we talk to their salesman Stanislav Kim before purchasing this plugin.

    He assured us it will be easy to translate in french with “Loco Translate” plugin.

    He sent us the documentation, and we followed it. But no translation, nothing works.

    I’m not beginner with wordpress so we opened 2 tickets to explain them what they should do to fix this issue. Simply follow the standards.. https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/authors

    Answer were very disappointing….

    So if you want to use this plugin in another language than english FORGET IT !
