Performance, Charts all 0, ZERO

    Thank you for your answer..

    Since I upgraded to new plugin, with dashboard, performances (gross revenue, net revenue etc) Charts (order count, net revenue eco), Leaderboards, Top Products – Items Sold, all the data are 0.

    Previous year €0,00
    Number of item sold €0,00

    ————–

    Charts:

    ORDERS COUNT

    no data

    NET REVENUE

    no data

    ————–

    Leaderboards:

    Top Categories – Items Sold

    No data recorded

    —————–

    I tried to change period but there is no data recognized.

    I have to do something for let it work?

    You may need to import your historical data, Analytics > Settings > Import Historical Data.

    Please let us know if the problem persists.

    Thank you for your support, I did it, but it didn’t work.

    The strange thing is that now I have imported historical data, as you suggested, but I wonder where?

    I am on the same boat. I already did the import from Analytics->Settings->Import historical data and all the data is ZERO.

    I am using:

    Woocommerce 3.7.0
    PHP 7.2.22
    MySQL 5.7.27

    Can you check under Tools -> Scheduled Actions to see if there are any Pending actions?

    I have 1074 pending Scheduled Actions!

    Do you think this is the problem? Why this Actions don’t run itself?

    What I have to do?

    @achillem Check to see if WP CRON is running tasks. If you have access to WP CLI, you can run the actions manually with wp action-scheduler run.
