Performance difference from settings

Great work on the file exclusions in the plugin, works a charm!

I was just wondering if there were any performance differences in whether you use ‘Exclude by Name’ or ‘Exclude by File’, ie, would the script work that little bit faster if you were to use ‘Exclude by Name’ over ‘Exclude by File’?
