Performance issue

Hello I started using your plugin and it worked greate but as i am addin more and more products the selections of the options takes a long of time. you can have a look at https://test.nantoniades.com/menu/

also there are a lot of console warnings regarding DOM. Therare a lot of non-unique if elements #ppom_product_price #ppom_productmeta_id etc.
