    Dears,

    I am writing to report an issue with the reCaptcha Pro plugin that we recently installed on our e-commerce website. Since the installation of this plugin, I have noticed a significant delay in the loading time of all pages on our website.

    This delay is affecting the overall performance of our website and causing frustration for our clients. I conducted several tests and found that deactivating the plugin significantly improves the performance of our website. Therefore, I believe that the reCaptcha Pro plugin is the cause of the issue.

    I would greatly appreciate your assistance in investigating this matter and providing us with a solution as soon as possible. Our top priority is to ensure that our website remains protected from robot attacks while also maintaining optimal loading times for our customers.

    Hi,

    This issue appears due to Google reCaptcha functionality – we need to load the reCaptcha script on every page loading. It is a common issue for all reCaptcha plugins, we can’t affect it. You can try to use Captcha v2 instead v3, as speed tests show that it is better for site speed. Also, you can try to use the Captcha plugin instead.
