Performance of plugin

    Hello,

    I’ve just recently moved from a different download manager to yours as I prefer the capabilities of yours better. But, I just noticed after doing a profile performance test (using P3 – Performance Plugin Profiler) that your plugin seems to be lagging everything else down.

    While other plugins such as WordPress SEO and Contact Form 7 take only around 0.03 seconds to load during the tests (which accounts for approx. 11% of the total time per plugin), yours takes around 0.14 seconds or nearly 50% of the total time to load. I try to keep my site optimized as best as I can and this just seems a bit off.

    Is there something that I possibly have done wrong? Everything seems to work fine and I only use the plugin on a couple of pages. Or maybe this is normal and I’m reading things incorrectly? Please let me know any suggestions.
