    Are you still experiencing the issue? If yes, please check with your hosting provider for any security blocks affecting Jetpack connectivity, as mentioned previously.

    I’d suggest contacting them and asking them to check their security logs for any blocked requests to the xmlrpc.php file on your site, using the Jetpack by WordPress.com user agent.

    I am waiting for my provider’s answer, the problem is still there

    I ask the provider, where I host the WP-Installation

    They could not answer to checking security logs for any blocked requests to the xmlrpc.php file on your site, using the Jetpack by WordPress.com user agent.

    Because I am on a shared server, which I share with other customers, whitelisting of IP addresses is not possible.

    The problem is still there, what can I do?

    Finally after 3 months of trying in vain to get the plugin to work, Ideactivated it
