This is very frustrating. You got to love a plugin that breaks within 30 minutes of installation.

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.
The performance test not working can happen due to different situations, I will list it below so some tests can be done:
– Please, allow the WPMU DEV IPs https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/wpmu-dev-ip-addresses/ in any firewall or security module.
– If your hosting has Object caching, please flush the object caching.
– Check for any JS issue in your browser console, click on the right button of mouse > inspect > Browser console. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Browser_Console
In case there is a JS error, take a screenshot, upload it to Google Drive and share the URL.
