Permalink /blog…

Dear Support,
I’m using the plugin on a site with Woocommerce and the Awesome Support Addon Woocommerce.
The plugin is changing the “products” permalink.

BEFORE
site.com/product/my-product/
site.com/blog/my-blog-post/

AFTER (AWS Support and addon)
site.com/blog/product/myproduct/ (* the problem: plugin is adding the /blog to the product permalink)
site.com/blog/my-blog-post/
site.com/ticket/client-ticket/

I try save the permalink and different setups, but still with the problem. This is important because I also need a site.com/blog/my-blog-post/ permalink working. AWS and add-on are working just fine, I can open and read tickets on Woocommerce account page.

(multiple products: enable)
WooCommerce 2.5.1
