Permalink problem

Hi.

I own this domain: kendrasebelius.com but cannot access is when I put the address in a browser (through Chrome or IE).

I can’t see the website unless i go to this permalink: http://www.kendrasebelius.com/blog/

I don’t WANT to use the /blog permalink and would prefer to just post under different categories such as about me, writing, art, etc. I don’t know what I am doing wrong on the wordpress side.

Can anyone tell me if I set UP the website IN wordpress as wrong?

I posted this as my first post as well to test things out and cannot see it other than in the wordpress background.

Further information:
I am hosting through Hostmonster and have NO current redirects/forwarding.
I own my domain through GoDaddy and have NO redirects/forwarding
