permalink error getting 404 error after post

    I have created a website example.com and was posting a article.
    I saw permalink in edit post set to default like “?p=123”
    I was wanted to use my article title in it by editing permalink but its giving some 404 not found error.
    I have tried with another blog by changing permalink setting from default to post name. but after posting anything it is giving 404 not found error.

    Please, need help people.
