Sorry about the confusion.
What did you set the “FAQ Slug Base” to? To find this, go to Settings->Premium and scroll down to “FAQ Slug Base”.
“questions” is what we used. Without the quotations of course:-)

If you go to Settings->Basic and scroll down to “Permalink Type”, is it set to Main FAQ Page or Individual FAQ Page?
If it’s set to Main FAQ Page, can you try switching it to the Individual option and reloading the https://guashanow.com/faqs/ page?

Since you are using FAQ slug base “questions”, be sure to go to “Settings” -> “Permalinks” in the WordPress sidebar and hit “Save Changes” to avoid 404 errors.
If that doesn’t work as well, please send us your WP back-end details to our email [email protected] (make sure you link this page in your email) and we can then troubleshoot it further.
