Permalink on new post?

I set URL for my post = <%ctax_tinh_thanh%>/%title% with “tinh_thanh” is my custom taxonomy.

Is there any way to apply this structure automatically for new posts without having to regenerate permalink? (Via Hook…?)

Currently my new post turn to this url domain.com/post-title instead of my desired one.
