OK–you’re on Windows. Leaving that error up for us to see was a good thing. Please rename the index.php & the .htaccess files in your *wordpress* folder to something like index1.php & htaccess.
Root directory

httpdocs

wp-content > index1.php
i did but still 404 error
but i didnt change .htaccess
You’ve got to rename .htaccess in your /wordpress folder to something different, like htaccess.
Also, in your dashboard, under ‘Settings > General> please tell us what your siteurl & wordpress url read.
MEANS “HTACCESS” NO EXTENSION
There must not be any extension on the .htaccess file. .htaccess.txt *will not* work.
If you use notepad, save it as a type of “all files” so as not to add a .txt extension.
In order to use permalinks other than the default, Microsoft IIS 7+ web server with the URL Rewrite 1.1+ module and PHP 5 running as FastCGI must be enabled. You may need to inquire of your host regarding this.
OKAY I DID THE SAME .htaccess AND WITH ALL FILES
Please upload that to your httpdocs folder.
