Permalink resets when i edit it.

Hey. I am a beginner in WP. So i made a new page named atom and when i saw that its permalink is archeva.in/atom-2 But i want it to bearcheva.in/atom. When i open archeva.in/atom it shows me a strange what seems to be some kind of xml feed stuff. So when i tried editing the permalink it just resets back to http://archeva.in/atom-2/. Please Help i am just a noob at this.
I am using WPBakery Builder.
