Permalinks

Hi there,

On two separate web sites, the permalink rules were mangled after upgrading to version 2.0.1. The flush_rewrite call might be triggering a little early (perhaps before all rewrite-affecting plugins have loaded?).

The issue was easily corrected after-the-fact by visiting Settings > Permalinks in wp-admin, so at least there’s that. 🙂
