    Hi,

    I struggle with permalinks probably.
    – Server type IIS 10
    – Last version of WP/Tutor lms
    – no cache plugins installed
    – WP permalinks setted as “postname”
    – Tutor lms permalinks left to default
    – Cache flushed out

No way to access to lessons and quizzes, always get error 404 file or directory not found!

I am really getting mad, tried any form of permalinks without a solution. Any one would be so kind to support me?

    Best Regards
    Orazio

  • Hey @ragonesi ,

Have you tried flushing permalinks? Go to Settings > Permalinks and click Save Changes without editing anything. Also ensure URL rewrite is enabled in your IIS server config.

Let me know if the issue persists.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

probably the issue was caused by a non correct setting of the mod_rewrite module on my IIS server. Now everything seems working.
Will finish my tests and will report in order to mark as resolved.

    Meanwhile thank you very much!
