permalinks changed after 3.5.2 update

I just completed a manual upgrade of my wordpress site from 3.5.1 to 3.5.2. All of my permalinks have been year/month/day/post_title, but something changed and now they’re category_slug/post_title, which means none of them work anymore…404s everywhere. I can get in to admin, etc., but I just can’t view any of my actual content.
