Permalinks Configuration Error

Hi pals,

I need some help please. I once changed my permalinks to WordPress default which uses numbers and ? on the links. I decided to revert to the POST NAME style which I was using before, but when I did, the generated links on media uploads still use the default permalinks structure which probably causes the image to be broken. My slider image upload is successful, but the images fails to display.

I have tried refreshing the cache and clearing my browser all to no avail. I have also tried debugging, but don’t know if I’m doing it right. Please I need someone to help me out with this
