Permalinks disappeared from settings menu

    HELP PLEASE!!!
    I logged in today to my wordpress site to create some new pages and I realized that my new page does not have a permalinks line. After saving my page, I went to Settings and my Permalinks has disappeared from the Settings menu.

    I have Googled and searched without much luck. Everything I found was outdated.

    Any ideas how to fix this. HELP PLEASE ANYONE.
