When I update a product, all my permalinks (product / category) came down, so I have to update my permalinks again and again after one update for one product … that’s impossible ! And apparently, nobody can help me or know where it comes from … Help please !

I’ve tried to delete and reinstall all Woocommerce and it didn’t worked. I’m not an expert and I don’t know what to dot…

    What I already try:

Permalinks change, .htaccess Change (since restored), WooCommerce completely remove, disable all plugins except WooCommerce (nothing has changed) and activate one by one to try (no change either) and I have to mention that some manipulation I did but in any case, nothing has changed …

    Please, help !

Editing a product does not touch permalink settings, at least WC won’t touch permalinks. Does editing posts and pages do the same?

Have you tried with another theme? Change to twenty twelve theme, save permalink settings, then save a product – see if the same thing happens. if it doesn’t, you’ll know there is some rewrite rule code in the theme itself.

p.s. Posting a review after waiting just 3 hours is really bad FYI… I hope you revise that at some point.

    Thank for you answer !

Sorry for the bad review, I was angry not to find the answer to my problem.
I’ve searched how to change it after but I don’t find, if you can show me …

I’ve try that but I’ll try again tomorrow (that’s night here lol), I spent all of my day on this issue, I prefer to do it with a clear head to do no stupidity…

Oh, and sorry for my bad english. I’ll let you know as soon as I tried it!

Edit : I finally found how to change my note of plugin! I would change depending on the progress of my problem. 🙂

Edit2 : Finally, I could not wait until tomorrow and I just tried again with another theme (twenty fourteen) and modify a product but the same problems persist and no idea how it is done.

I just noticed that indeed, this also affects my normal pages … Any idea what causes this!

Test the above first. Let me know which pages/archives stop working.

If you want to look through code for the issue, look for anything like ‘flush_rewrite_rules’. I’ve seen plugins/themes flush too often which breaks custom post types.

After a quick test I noticed that http://solutionvtc.fr/ticket-incident/jssupportticket/myticket and http://solutionvtc.fr/ticket-incident/jssupportticket/addticket pages (plugin JS support) become also unavailable, but for pages, all is good.

For the test with the theme, I’ve finaly just tested and it didn’t worked …

Edit : I’ve found the probleme. I was absolutely sure to Page Builder by SiteOrigin.

I hope this solution will help other idiots like me who go a little fast! 🙂

Thank you so much for your help, without your message I never tried the plugins, finally.

WooCommerce well deserves its rating of 5/5!

Have a great day / night and thanks again !
