Permalinks / Functions not working on Apache

    Hello – custom Permalink structure and a PHP function to call a post to the homepage is not working on Apache Server

    I’m thinking it’s a permissions problem, i wasn’t able to edit the httpd.conf (maybe a server restriction?) I changed the HTACCESS file too and still no success. Any Thoughts?
