Permalinks getting 404 error with my custom basic theme

    I’m trying to create a theme.

    When I going to http://abcdef.com/this-is-permalink, I’m getting 404 error from SERVER

    My server is nginx, but I edited for if there isnt a directory, redirect to index.php with arguments. So working with other themes.

    How can I solve it? Sorry for bad English.
