Permalinks lost in scheduled posts

For about a week now all scheduled posts are losing the permalink. Meaning, when they get published, the link is reduced to just https://infopress24.de//. I see that Event Manager hooks into publish_future_post and that, when I disable Event Manager temporarily, posts publish with the complete permalink. From what I can tell, this broke with version 7.1.
