permalinks not same as url

    Although my permalinks look ok on the edit pages screen, the url is incomplete and only includes the home page.

    When I originally created the site, the permalink postnames worked fine, but not now because the url is no longer correct. Not sure what happened.

    Site is http://www.ffhorseresource.net.

    I disabled several plugins, put the required code into the .htaccess, but think this is a different problem. If the url was complete I think all would be okay.

    Any thoughts?
