Permalinks not working

    I’ve just set up in 3.5.1 and have shifted my blog from its old URL to its new one. I have the permalinks set to sample-post. But when I click on each individual post I get an Internal Error message. Why is this please?

    I should add that if it’s set to the default Permalink, it does work, but if I change it so that it’s using the title as the permalink, I get the error message.
