Permalinks problem with multisite

    I have this plugin installed on my multisite installation. Whenever I create a new site, the main site’s blog articles get 404 errors. I have to set the permalinks to default and then back to post name to get them to work again. WP Engine has narrowed the issue down to this plugin. Does anyone know why this would be happening and how to fix it?
