Permalinks settings not saving WordPress corrupted

    Hi,

    Using the latest version of WordPress & the plugin and are unable to save the permalink settings and WordPress site is totaly corrupted:
    Forbidden
    You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/options-permalink.php on this server.
    And this is the case for any other page you try to reach.

    I’m using MAMP Pro so obviously I looked in the MAMP Apache folder to see if mode_rewrite was not enabled, but it is enabled!

    So all go’s well until I get at the save permalinks twice message, then the site is corrupted.

    I did this procedure 10 times now all from a fresh WordPress install.

    Some help is much appreciated!
