    Do you experience this issue with all your posts, or only the ones that were published in the past few weeks, after Jetpack 3.8 was released?

    Jetpack itself doesn’t affect the way your permalinks are built, unless you use the WordPress.com Editor to publish posts. Do you use this editor, or the built-in editor in your self-hosted site dashboard?
