Meanwhile please go to the settings page via the menu Woocommerce -> Settings -> Checkout -> mPAY24.
Yes, there is also german support, if you need. But in the wordpress support area we prefer english for general understanding.
That means, that everything works (except the Link “Zahlungsweisen” in the Header-Meassage right after the activation)?
Yes everything worked in general. But we fixed this and some other problems in the new version 1.3. Please update the plugin in your installation.

i have a test account.
on the Admin -> woocommerce -> settings -> checkout -> mPay24
i typed
Username TEST &
Password TEST
but i dont know:
Username PROD
Password PROD
should i left them blank or ?
For Testing it’s enough to fill in Username TEST and Password TEST.
Don’t forget to check the checkbox “Enable Test Mode”.
The other login you need for productive usage of the mpay24 gateway.

but in my localhost with the username and password i get this answer:
This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn’t understand how to supply the credentials required.
The Username is the same for test.mpay24.com and SOAP API (used in the Gateway Plugin). But your passwords should be different. Please contact the mpay24 support if you need any assistence with your credentials.
