    Hello,

    I just restored a website that has the foorgallery plugin active. The restore went well off database and files and site is fuly working with only 1 problem.

    When i go to albums in Foogallery it shows a message that i have not the permissions to view this. I am the only administrator and login with the admin account. I am able to change settings in the plugin so i tried to change a permission setting to see if it works but i am stuck with getting the no permission screen.

    Is this a common issue and had anyone an idea how to solve?

    Hi @rdebeuze

    Could you kindly ensure that you you are using the latest version of FooGallery? If not, please update the version you are using to the latest version. After that, kindly navigate to FooGallery -> General and then clear the CSS and HTML cache and then attempt to access the Album section once more.

    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Elvis,

    i guess i have the latest version installed 2.4.27

    I have deleted the cache succesfull. But still no difference.

    I did some more testing with the permission settings in the plugin but i still cannot acces the albums tab i can acces al pages in the plugin even all settings but not the albums tab.

    hello,

    i saw issue is marketing as resolved but it is not. Still can’t acces the album tab and got the permission error.
