permission problems

    Hi,

    Since a few days I can’t create events anymore because it seems I don’t have permissions to create an event.
    I have Version 5.13.0 – can’t upgrade to the latest version otherwise the site won’t work.
    Worpress version : 6.2.2

    Could you kindly provide me with additional details?

    • Were you able to access the “Add New” event page successfully?
    • Have you experienced any issues when submitting the event?
    • Additionally, would you mind sharing the user role of the account you are currently using?

    Hi,

    • I was unable to access the “Add New Event” page… the add new event button no longer appears
    • my role is Administrator

    Could I ask for a screenshot of your Events sidebar menus, please?

    It’s possible that there’s a conflict between your plugin and theme. Have you considered running a conflict test to see if that resolves the issue? I recommend doing this on a Staging Server.

    If the previous suggestion doesn’t resolve the issue, could you kindly provide me with your PHP version and hosting provider?
