When I try and go through the review process with Facebook I get a Permissions Denied error message. Any ideas what the cause is?

I had the same problem. So I submitted for the review through the facebook page’s publishing tools and then it worked. After submitting through facebook page, it displayed ‘Your articles have been submitted for review.’ on the wordpress instant article.
