Permissions for Store Manager

Hello,

This plugin doesn’t work for store managers, since it’s using “manage_options” permission, which store managers don’t have.
Even If I allow store managers to manage_options, it won’t work.
WIth manage_options on, they see the plugin, but they can’t save rules.

Can this be made available for store managers too? I don’t want to give people admin accounts just to use the plugin 🙂
