Permissions not working

Hi!

The file permissions are not working.

Here is the page:

There is a test file called “L4D2-Test File”, currently I have set this to “Subscriber” level permission, wherein only registered users could download this file. However, as you can see its available to non-registered (guest) users too.

Could you help ascertain whats going on?
