I have some doubts that this has to do with EMR but rather with some changes in your hosting.
Anyway, let’s rule that out: could you please downgrade EMR on your website and see if you can still replicate the issue noted?

Hi Alex,
Happy to report that you’re right: I just did a test on our live server (I’ve been working on staging, which is where I found the permissions problem) and the most recent version of EMR works perfectly.
I will talk to our hosting, since it’s clearly on their side.
