    Hi,

First of all congratulations for this great plugin.

I granted access to a collaborator to my WordPress and he can´t use the plugin to create his own tables. I wonder what is the minimun role in order to make full use of Tablepress.

    Regards.
    Victor

    Hi,

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

By default, at least the “Author” role is required.

Here’s a list of capabilities that “Authors”, “Editors”, and “Administrators” get:

    tablepress_edit_tables
    tablepress_delete_tables
    tablepress_list_tables
    tablepress_add_tables
    tablepress_copy_tables
    tablepress_import_tables
    tablepress_export_tables
    tablepress_access_options_screen
    tablepress_access_about_screen

    Additionally, only “Administrators” get

    tablepress_import_tables_wptr
    tablepress_edit_options

The access capabilities can e.g. be assigned to a user role using the “Role Manager” component of the “Members” plugin from https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/members/

    Regards,
    Tobias
