Permlink settings cannot be changed

@memrnifty the URL you provided as an example belongs to a page, not a post (from “Posts” within the Dashboard) so just want to be sure that this is clear. The plugin does interfere with the permalinks and never will as it doesn’t have to.

It looks like https://panlinguaservices.com/terms-and-conditions/ does load fine. The links have the % and it’s a thing that needs to be investigated.

I’ve checked the source code and that’s how it looks like: <a href="/terms and conditions">Terms and Conditions</a> – Have you checked the actual menu links? Are you sure the slugs are with dashes or without spaces? Also, did you just enable Asset CleanUp and suddenly the links are changed? It’s most likely a coincidence, let me know about the menu links. This should be an easy fix. It often takes more time to find out the problem 😉
