@insiderealestate – perPage limiter in shortcode is no longer working… can this be corrected?

    Example: [kvcoreidx_listings perRow=”auto” propertyTypes=”31″ limited=”true” perPage=”8″ order=”visits|desc” layout=”card”]

Returns an unlimited number of listings that just keep on loading which is slowing page load time down too far.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Our site is doing this too, instead of displaying 4 per page, it is displaying 800, now we are flagged from Google…

Anyone find a fix they could share yet??

@merczdesign – This issue should not really affect Google. You should not be allowing Google to spider those links… they will overwhelm the site results and they don’t belong to your site. You should add to your robots.txt file:
    Disallow: /property/
    Disallow: /listings-sitemap/

    Hope this helps!

Now we still have 800 listings showing up on our home page:

@merczdesign – I will tell you what I’ve found… but there is probably no solution for us. It seems that Kvcore has opted to force code structures that are not native to the plugin itself? I installed the kvcore plugin into my own website (my domain is not authorized as an official real estate site with them) and get a completely different result. The “perPage” element in the shortcode can be used to display however many properties I want there. But on my client’s real estate site, where the domain is registered with them, using the perPage parameter does nothing. I’m getting 800 properties per page no matter what I do. Here is the comparison https://eliyahna.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/idx-code-comparison.jpg

Son of a biscuit licking turtle rider!!! That sucks!

Thanks for sharing your research, think i am going to try to reach out the kvcore and see if they can look into this error…. it’s kinda a biggie i think!

@merczdesign Hi any luck? Did you hear back from them? They never responded to me.

Nope not a peep! Actually got rid of the website and we are going to use the realators tech team to create something else….

But will holler if I hear anything! Sucks!
