    Hi,

I’m contacting you because I’m experiencing an issue after using your plugin.

I had configured a 10% discount on some categories. I later disabled the discount, but it is still showing on the site.

To fix the issue, I have already tried the following:

    • I uninstalled the plugin after adding the constant in wp-config.php:

    define( ‘WPCD_REMOVE_TABLES’, true );

    • I checked the cron jobs.

    • I cleared all transients.

    • I cleared all caches (page, browser, server) and disabled the object cache.

    • I fully deactivated and removed the plugin.

Despite all this, the discount is still visible on the site, even though the plugin is no longer installed.

Could you please advise how I can completely remove any residual effects of the plugin?

Is there any table, meta entry, or setting that I should delete manually?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    Hello @dagui ,

Thank you for reaching out. It looks like the discount is already removed from the product which you have shared. https://prnt.sc/1JON3J9Xzze_

May be it was temporary cache or something on your end?

    Thanks,
    Vidish

    Hi Vidish,

Thank you anyway for trying to help. I’m not really sure what the issue was, because I tried from other devices and even after clearing the cache both on the server side and in WordPress, it still wasn’t working. This morning it seems to have fixed itself. Thanks a lot!

    Hi Vidish,

    I was wrong!

This category is still showing the discount, as you can see:

What can I do to fix this?

    Thanks again for your help!

    Hi @dagui ,

Is it possible for you to check if the sale has ended in backend?

As you have mentioned above that you have deleted the plugin, database tables and everything, there isn’t really a way that sale by our plugin can still be active.

    Thanks,

    Vidish
