Persistent “Image waiting to be processed”

    I installed the plugin today and added the api. I have optimize-on-upload turned on. I’ve uploaded several images, and my account shows that the API has been called 32 times. However, after several hours, the message in the Media Library shows “Image waiting to be processed. [Retry]”
    I can’t tell which image will actually be used in posts.
    I have tried clearing the cache and disabling it, but without success.

    Hi Lucas,

    This could happen if your hosting has some limitations and the plugin cannot download the optimized images from our servers. Please talk with your hosting’s support and tell them to whitelist the following IPs:
