I was working on a menu in 2014 theme and was checking where I want the menu in either the sidebar or the header. So I switched back and forth and today when I looked at it it is now appearing in both areas. I checked the boxes where you can select the location and it did have the correct box checked for sidebar. I tried everything and even deleted the menu and it’s still in the header where I don’t want it. So I cleared out the history on my pc thinking there’s a cookie or something and it didn’t help.

Can anyone explain to me how to get that menu to go away after I have deleted all menus?

The other thing is that it might be OK in the header but it aligns to the right and the drop down selections on the furthest right menu item gets cut off the screen so it’s kind of useless.

    The site is http://www.phoenixwestvalley.com

    Thanks

  • I can’t see that menu in your sidebar.

The one that won’t go away is in the header, same line as the search icon.

“Real Estate Forms” “Request Information” and “Sell Your Home” should be gone

I deleted everything including pages and menu items and that seemed to fix it. But I may have to switch themes for a permanent fix.
