Persistent Question Cookie Causing 400 Error

    When quizzes are not submitted there is a build up of persistent cookies (with 1 year expiry time) with the name like: question_ids_x.

    If this occurs a couple of times, then the build up of cookies can cause a 400 Bad Request error.

    Is there a way to reset the cookies if a quiz is closed before closing?
