That’s certainly unfortunate, but you actually may want to rethink using a theme from that vendor at all – as they do not comply with the GPL licensing requirements of WP – http://ww.wp.xz.cn/about/license/ . #2 – the way to test that is to deactivate your plugins and switch to a default theme (twentytwelve or twentythirteen or twentyfourteen) – see if you have the same issue. If so, we can work on that problem.
