Persistent team!

At first I was pretty upset that they listed an integration on their website that apparently didn’t actually exist yet (and ultimately wasn’t possible).
However I was impressed by their persistence and the fact that in the end they were able to find a workaround compromise that got us 80% of the way to what we were hoping to achieve, with the promise to take it all the way once the API’s in question allow for it. Overall they put in a lot of work to make right their initial mistake in communication and have been responsive and hard working to deliver as best as possible on their promise.
