Personalized code before __trackPageView

Hi!
I’ve just installed the plugin and I have a personal code with a timeout (5 seconds) that was set after the __trackPageView call. But with the plugin it only allow me to set the timeout before the __trackPageView call.
It would change my number of visits?
Is possible that now the visit don’t count before 5 secs?
