Petition Plugin Conflict with Theme

    Hello,

    I’m currently using the Urbane theme from http://www.blogohblog.com/wordpress-theme-urbane running on 2.9.2

    We are using the FreeCharity.org.uk WordPress Petition on this page:
    http://plasticpollutioncoalition.org/act/pledge/

    The Petition plugin worked with previous themes but not this one for some reason. I’ve deactivated the plugins and reactivated them but it didn’t do anything. Perhaps there is something in the theme’s files that need to be changed? I’m wondering if there’s a conflict with the form fields or something.

    Any bit of insight would help! Thank you.
