Phantom Page in Google SERPS

    I noticed a strange issue today on my website: http://www.undertheguntattoo.co.uk
    Google Serps show a page called ‘Guest Book’ but no such page exists and the link leads to a 404 page error. I’ve checked all pages, posts and sitemap.xml but nothing exists with this name. I’ve attached a screen grab of the SERPS to demonstrate.
    Do you have any ideas how this may be happening?
